Eden is the title of an initially digital project, in which the possibilities of digital illustration and animation will be explored. The title refers to our inner need to know our origin and destiny, and visualizes this through a temple - or church - that is essentially Roman in its architecture, but is designed around the lay-out of a labyrinth, which symbolizes the road through life that each of us has to take. The labyrinth is surrounded by water and is not protected from the elements, emphasizing our vulnerability and the inevitability of the course that must be followed. The outer ring of the temple is a circular promenade, from which the spectator - whoever he may be - looks upon the proceedings of those who are on the path of the labyrinth - and living their lives. Since the start of the design for this project, ideas have cumulated and the results will frequently be updated on this page.
